Amy Lauren- Running a 10K this weekend… I’m cool with the mileage, but we got a cold snap this week so crossing my fingers the run still goes well.
Big Clyde- I ran twice this week and rode my bike quite a bit last weekend, but no impressive mileage this week. Should do more this weekend.
Cathy- I have been doing good. I started a new plan and have been walking 1-4 miles a day and doing the elliptical for 30-40 minutes. I’m feeling good! :)
Christa- I am so ashamed to actually admit this- but I have run nothing, nada this week. Still battling an ear ache. Hopefully, I will run soon; as this is driving me CRAZY!!!!! At least I am in between training programs.
Christal- I updated my blog today! Doing great on my progress!
Cynthia- Half marathon on Sunday. Excited and ready for it. Please, don’t rain and, please, don’t be too, too cold. Need to rethink goals for the winter.
Katye- Alright now Marathon training (aka Goofy Challenge training!) gets serious. 16 miles on the schedule for this weekend!
Kortni- 5K went well—23:21! My longest training run for the half is Sat
Laura- Heading into the home stretch for the marathon. Ran 13km Sunday, 7km yesterday and tempo 10km today. Feeling…good
Rae- I thought this thing was supposed to get easier with time?! LOL This week was okay. I’ve managed to get in two 5ks and stuck to my eating plan and water despite a crazy week.
Rene- Marathon this weekend in Manchester NH. Having a hard week due to taper. I have started to get used to running to more mileage and the taper (9 miles total this week) is killing me. It will all pay off this weekend.
