<p>Workouts were lacking this week because of me being sick so I&#8217;m hoping this week will be better. I&#8217;m still coughing a lot and my chest/throat hurts as a result. I&#8217;m hoping I can at least go to yoga tomorrow to get me moving again. At least I was able to keep up with #burpeefebruary and #fababfeb.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>1. I&#8217;m joining yet another challenge because really, who doesn&#8217;t like a challenge?! PLUS it is a good way to keep me motivated and on track. <a href="twitter.com/liloruns">Lauren</a> is going to be hosting an 8 week weight loss challenge. She got the idea <a href="http://www.sixsistersstuff.com/2012/01/8-week-printable-weight-loss-get.html">HERE</a> and I think its awesome! We are hoping to start on the 13th so if you&#8217;d like to join please let me know and I&#8217;ll get you in contact with Lauren.</p>
<p>2. I still haven&#8217;t posted my workout plan for this week and next week but thats because I&#8217;m sick so I don&#8217;t really have a plan. :/ I went to the doctor today and got put on some medicine so hopefully I&#8217;ll be better by the weekend and I can get some work outs in. However, I am still making sure to get in my #fababfeb &amp; #burpeefebruary workouts. Luckily it just started so its still fairly easy and only takes a couple minutes.</p>

<p>And last but not least, another twitter buddy <a href="twitter.com/maddyhubba">@MaddyHubba</a> has started the #burpeefebruary challenge. Basically you do 1 burpee on February 1st, 2 burpees on February 2nd, and so on. It definitely could get challenging as the month goes on but thats the whole point, right?</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Except this isn&#8217;t it. I really should have planned out my next two weeks last night but it just didn&#8217;t happen. I&#8217;m becoming an old lady and I was in bed by 9:45. And I can&#8217;t plan it out right now because everything is on my computer at home and well I&#8217;m not at home. BUT I do know that tonight I&#8217;ll be going to yoga. Even though the class was tough last week, I still enjoyed it and want to try to keep going every Monday. For tomorrow, yeah I don&#8217;t know. Maybe spin class if I get off of work early enough in the morning to make it.</p>
<p>My training last week went pretty well. I managed to make it to yoga, a spin class, and ran 4 different times. I&#8217;m pretty happy with that. Also on Saturday, I headed up to the Lululemon Warehouse Sale to check it out with <a href="twitter.com/beccajean85">Becca</a> and my friend, Amanda. They had some pretty good deals and it was definitely worth the trip. Apparently the prices were even better on Sunday though.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>1. Ever since I got my iPhone, I&#8217;ve become obsessed with <a href="http://pinterest.com/runcourtrun/">Pinterest</a>. I&#8217;ve started pinning recipes I&#8217;d like to try. And then, last week, Becca introduced me to <a href="http://foodgawker.com/">Foodgawker</a> and I found even more recipes to try. As a result, this past week I&#8217;ve made dinner 3 times (which is funny since I really don&#8217;t like cooking ha!) and I thought I&#8217;d share with you what I made. <a href="http://www.afarmgirlsdabbles.com/2011/03/24/lasagna-soup/">Lasagna Soup</a>, <a href="http://realmomkitchen.com/1505/baked-cheesy-chicken-penne/">Baked Cheesy Chicken Penne</a>, and <a href="http://www.fortheloveofcooking.net/2009/04/mexican-lasagna.html#comment-67538">Mexican Lasagna</a>. All of them were pretty good but I especially loved the Lasagna Soup, I can&#8217;t wait to have it again.</p>
<p>2. I just got back not too long ago from spin class. I LOVED the instructor. She was really tough and was even yelling at us at some points but that means I got a really good workout in. Legs and even arms felt like jello when I left, I&#8217;ll definitely be feeling it tomorrow. I also can&#8217;t wait to take her class again next week.</p>
<p>3. In case you were wondering, I&#8217;ll be in Disney in 24 days. I can&#8217;t wait! If you are going to be down there for the Disney Princess Half Marathon, let me know. I&#8217;d love to meet as many of you as I can. <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
